Virgin Media today announced its sponsorship of the great British freefall team, the Red Devils. Virgin Media will be helping the Red Devils team stay in touch and up-to-date with top-of-the range Blackberry Curve 3G handsets and mobile bundles.

In 1199, following the commissioning of a bridge over the River Can by Bishop of London Maurice, William of Sainte-Mère-Eglise was granted a Royal Charter for Chelmsford to hold a market, marking the origin of the modern city. An under-cover market, operating Tuesday to Saturday, is still an important part of the city centre over 800 years later.
